Where do you ship to?
We offer shipping throughout the UK only.Ā Unfortunately, we are currently unable to ship to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland or the Channel Islands.
When will my order be shipped?
For orders placed by 3pm on a business day we aim to process, pack and ship your order the same day.
You will receive an email and/or text message confirmation when you place your order which contain a link for you to track your order.
Orders placed after 1pm or on weekends and holidays will be processed the following business day.
Can I track my order?
Orders with Standard Shipping are shipped via Evri. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery.
For Next Day Delivery Orders, we use a tracked service via DPD Next Day delivery. Please check your email and/or text message confirmation for links to track your order.
Iāve lost my confirmation email / I didnāt receive a confirmation email.

How do I pay for my order?
We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as shop pay, apple pay and google pay; at checkout youāll have the option to select your preferred payment method and will be taken through a secure checkout.
How much is shipping?
Evri is free for orders over £25*, and £2.99 for orders below £25.
Next Day Delivery is free for orders over £50*, and is £4.99 for orders below £50.
*As we also run a wholesale platform, once you order is larger that £200 you may be applicable to Wholesaler Shipping rates due to the size of your order.
Which shipping methods do you use?
We use Evri Standard and DPD Next Day Delivery.
Orders usingĀ Evri Standard which is not a tracked service. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery.
Orders shipped via DPD Next Day delivery service will receive a tracking link via email and/or text.
When you place an order, you will receive an email and/or text message with a shipment tracking link, which enables you to check on your order status and track its progress.
I havenāt received my order, where is it?
Please check your confirmation email and/or text message for tracking links. If you have been waiting to receive your order longer than 5 business days then please contact us atĀ customer.care@kinnerton.comĀ and we will be able to help.
I received my order but itās incorrect
We do our best to make sure your order is correct, but on occasion mistakes can be made. Please contact us atĀ customer.care@kinnerton.comĀ and we will be able to help correct your order.
CanĀ I change my order after I have placed it?
Unfortunately, you cannot amend your order once it has been despatched. If you have a query regarding your order please contact us atĀ customer.care@kinnerton.comĀ and we will try our best to help you.
Can I return my order?
We hope you enjoy yourĀ goodies but if for some reason you arenāt happy please send us an email (customer.care@kinnerton.com) within 30 days and we will work to resolve your query.
