Sugar, Cocoa Butter*, Dried Skimmed MILK, Dried Whole MILK, Cocoa Mass*, Vegetable Fats (Palm, Sal, Shea in varying proportions), Emulsifier (SOY Lecithin), Vanilla Flavouring. When will my order be shipped?

For orders placed by 3pm on a business day we aim to process, pack and ship your order the same day.

You will receive an email and/or text message confirmation when you place your order which contain a link for you to track your order.

Orders placed after 1pm or on weekends and holidays will be processed the following business day.

Can I track my order?

Orders with Standard Shipping are shipped Royal Mail Standard 2nd Class. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery.

For Next Day Delivery Orders we use a tracked service via DPD Next Day delivery. Please check your email and/or text message confirmation for links to track your order.

I’ve lost my confirmation email / I didn’t receive a confirmation email.

How do I pay for my order?

We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as shop pay, apple pay and google pay; at checkout you’ll have the option to select your preferred payment method and will be taken through a secure checkout.

How much is shipping?

Royal Mail (Standard 2nd Class) is free for orders over £25*, and £2.99 for orders below £25.

Next Day Delivery is free for orders over £50*, and is £4.99 for orders below £50.

*As we also run a wholesale platform, once you order is larger that £200 you may be applicable to Wholesaler Shipping rates due to the size of your order.

Which shipping methods do you use?

We use Royal Mail (Standard 2nd Class) and DPD Next Day Delivery.

Orders using Royal Mail Standard 2nd Class which is not a tracked service. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery.

Orders shipped via DPD Next Day delivery service will receive a tracking link via email and/or text.

When you place an order, you will receive an email and/or text message with a shipment tracking link, which enables you to check on your order status and track its progress.

I haven’t received my order, where is it?

Please check your confirmation email and/or text message for tracking links. If you have been waiting to receive your order longer than 5 business days then please contact us at customer.care@kinnerton.com and we will be able to help.

I received my order but it’s incorrect

Can I change my order after I have placed it?

Unfortunately, you cannot amend your order once it has been despatched. If you have a query regarding your order please contact us at customer.care@kinnerton.com and we will try our best to help you.

Can I return my order?

We hope you enjoy your goodies but if for some reason you aren’t happy please send us an email (customer.care@kinnerton.com) within 30 days and we will work to resolve your query.
