During Covid-19 we endeavour to make sure you get you order as quickly as possible however please allow extra time for your delivery during this unprecedented time.

We offer shipping throughout the UK onlyUnfortunately, we are currently unable to ship to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland or the Channel Islands.

When will my order be shipped?

For orders placed by 1pm on a business day we aim to process, pack and ship your order the same day.

You will receive an email and/or text message confirmation when you place your order which contains a link for you to track your order.

Orders placed after 1pm or on weekends and holidays will be processed the following business day.

Orders will be shipped by Royal Mail Standard 2nd Class. Please allow 5-7 working days for delivery.

Can I track my order?

Orders are shipped Royal Mail Standard 2nd Class which is not a tracked service. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery.

How do I pay for my order?

We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as shop pay, apple pay and google pay; at checkout you’ll have the option to select your preferred payment method and will be taken through a secure checkout.

How much is shipping?

£5.40 for orders under £19
Free for orders £19 or over

Which shipping methods do you use?

We use Royal Mail Standard 2nd Class.

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation, which enables you to check on your order status.

I haven’t received my order, where is it?

Please check your confirmation email. If you have been waiting to receive your order longer than 5 business days then please contact us we will be able to help.

I received my order but it’s incorrect

We do our best to make sure your order is correct, but on occasion mistakes can be made. Please email us and we will be able to help correct your order.

Can I change my order after I have placed it?

Unfortunately, you cannot amend your order once it has been placed. If you have a query regarding your order please contact us.

Can I return my order?
